Goodwill seeks a dedicated and experienced Residential Program Manager to oversee our group home, providing exceptional care and support to individuals with disabilities.

Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations and management of the group home, ensuring a high standard of care and adherence to Goodwill's policies and procedures.
Supervise and lead a team of direct support professionals, providing guidance, support, and ongoing training to promote professional growth and development.
Develop and implement person-centered support plans for each individual, ensuring their unique needs, goals, and preferences are met.
Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided, conducting regular assessments and implementing necessary improvements.
Coordinate and collaborate with external stakeholders, including case managers, healthcare professionals, and family members, to ensure holistic care and support.
Manage the budget, resources, and supplies required for the group home, ensuring efficient operations and fiscal responsibility.
Maintain accurate documentation, including incident reports, progress notes, and individual records, in compliance with regulatory requirements and Goodwill's standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.
g.
, social work, psychology, human services).
Master's degree preferred but not required.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in a residential or group home setting.
In-depth knowledge of person-centered practices, developmental disabilities, relevant regulations, and best practices.
Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve goals and deliver high-quality care.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building relationships and collaborating effectively with individuals, families, and stakeholders.
Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle challenging situations empathetically and professionally.
Proficiency in documentation and record-keeping, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed for meetings, training, or other job-related purposes.
