This is an opportunity to complement your clinical experience with managerial/administrative skills.
The Chelsea program provides a treatment-intensive environment for children and adolescents with complex trauma, psychiatric, behavioral, and developmental needs.
This position is a unique opportunity for a seasoned clinician to explore a new skill set.

This position pays $65,000-$75,000 depending on experience.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in related field with a state of Maine LCSW or another full licensure preferred.
A minimum of ten years supervisory and program management experience in residential mental health or related experience.
