New starting rates of $17.
25 (without CRMA certification) to $17.
75 (with current CRMA certification) for DSPs.
No prior experience is needed; Goodwill provides paid certification training! Minimum
Qualifications:
Evidence of High School diploma or GED Valid driver's license and Reliable transportation A criminal background check that meets Agency and State standards Demonstrated ability and willingness to complete required certifications on time Preferred
Qualifications:
Experience supporting individuals with disabilities Mental Health Experience (when applicable) Training relevant to the program (A.
CRMA, B.
First Aid / CPR, C.
NAPPI, D.
College of Direct Support, E.
Defensive Driving) or education/alternative training approved by the Senior Director ASL- at least three years experience required for Deaf Services or Residential Settings (when applicable) One of the following:
Three (3) years with the Agency or related experience or a combination of related experience and post-secondary education Education:
High School Diploma/GED or better Licenses & Certifications Preferred CRMA CRMA 40 Drive.
