Home and Community Based treatment is a unique opportunity for youth and parents to work together with caring professionals in their home communities. This service helps families build on their strengths and develop new skills to address challenges. The family is serviced by a Behavioral Health Professional partnered with a clinician allowing for a family to have a high level of support.
Duties:
The Behavioral Health Professional will work primarily in family homes at a time when all family members can be present, and utilized a flexible schedule. Evening and weekend work is required. Once hired, Behavioral health professionals receive competitive wages and benefits. Spurwink offers incentives if productivity expectations are exceeded.
Qualifications:
Bachelor''s degree is required, in addition to a vehicle, a valid driver's license, a clean driving record for the past three years is required. Spurwink will provide Behavioral Health Professional training and certification post-hire for the right candidate.
